Qigong is a wonderful way to bring more energy, productivity and less stress to your workplace. Qigong is a 5,000 year old Chinese technique used to reduce stress, and get more energy.
It's a little like a workout, stretching, yoga class and meditation all rolled into one. It's gentler than yoga, and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages, and can be a great option for rehabilitation from injury.
There's no need to change into work-out clothes and sessions can be as short as 15-20 minutes or as long as 45 minutes. You don't need much space or time to build in a wonderful beneficial Qigong practice into your work week.

Your teacher Emily Drysdale is one of a select group of Certified Advanced Holden Qigong teachers in the world, personally trained by Lee Holden. Emily has also studied different styles of Qigong under masters Robert Peng, John Platt, Kele Baker, Nick Loffree and Tony Galis.

I encourage all my staff that are less fortunate that suffer from anxiety, depression etc. to participate in Qigong. What a pity this movement system is not more widely known and practiced – In schools for our children and more work places.
Some of my staff came back to me and said “you won’t believe it” - it’s so calming, relaxing and you feel so different afterwards. “Thinking to myself” yeh right!! And actually seeing a difference in the way some of our staff acted in a more calmer way afterwards. I actually didn’t believe this until I participated in this myself. I love it.
We look forward to Qigong every Monday and are very grateful that our company offers this to us. I believe it boosts my confidence and my productivity in the work room.
