Hi, I'm Emily, Certified Advanced Holden Qigong Teacher (500hrs). I used to be a total stress addict, juggling full time work, solo parenting and my appetite for adventure. Until one day, a bad accident left me unable to work and in constant pain. Through the recovery process, I discovered Qigong which not only healed my body, but completely transformed my stress levels bringing a sense of resilience and harmony into my life.
Join me for an individually tailored, gentle movement session that will leave you feeling calm, peaceful with less stress and more energy.
You will get:
- 60 minutes online class tailored personally to you which includes warm ups, stretches, activation and flows
- quick takeaway techniques to practise at home
- acupressure points to boost your healing / relaxation
- guided meditation for deep relaxation and rejuvenation

It was exactly what I needed today. I had spine surgery 3 weeks ago and my body isn’t ready for many of the qigong practices that I was doing before. This seated one was perfect for me to get back into the practice in a safe way! I’m super grateful ✨🙏🏼💖
