Hi, I'm Emily. I help busy, stressed out people find balance through one to one coaching and Qigong classes in Christchurch, so you can finally feel calm and peaceful, with more energy. 

I teach an easy to understand, practical style of Qigong, based on the principles of moving with the breath, with intention, relaxation and flow.

Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Beginners are welcome.
