In this class we explore various styles of Qigong including Tao Yin, Five Elements, Three Treasures, Iron Shirt, 8 Brocades and Yi Jin Jing.
I have always loved yoga so when Emily invited me to her Qigong class I was intrigued... After the first session (1/2 an hour) I felt lifted and completely energised. It quickly moved from me wanting to support my friend to me needing her class. The times I can’t make it, I notice. My resilience is significantly greater the weeks I partake. The benefits of Qigong really do range right through from mental, to emotional and physical. Emily is a fabulous instructor and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something positive for themselves. Try it.
I feel I have less stress and more energy
I’ve been tense before class and it’s amazing how it “changes you” to become calmer and a nicer person.
