Here is short example class, a morning Qigong routine designed to help you start your day feeling calm, relaxed and ready to go.
Your teacher Emily Drysdale is one of a select group of Certified Advanced Holden Qigong teachers in the world, personally trained by Lee Holden. Emily has also studied different styles of Qigong under masters Robert Peng, John Platt, Kele Baker, Nick Loffree and Tony Galis. In this class we explore various styles of Qigong including Tao Yin, Five Elements, Three Treasures, Iron Shirt, 8 Brocades and Yi Jin Jing.
I have always loved yoga so when Emily invited me to her Qigong class I was intrigued... After the first session (1/2 an hour) I felt lifted and completely energised. It quickly moved from me wanting to support my friend to me needing her class. The times I can’t make it, I notice. My resilience is significantly greater the weeks I partake. The benefits of Qigong really do range right through from mental, to emotional and physical. Emily is a fabulous instructor and I highly recommend to anyone wanting to do something positive for themselves. Try it.
I have noticed now that doing Qigong actually makes you very flexible.
Emily said “feel the energy” I didn’t think this was true until I was in a real relax state. - And I did feel that energy
I feel I have less stress and more energy
I’m so relaxed afterwards.
