Private Online Qigong Coaching
Private Qigong coaching is a beautiful self care practise. Available individually or for small groups. Each session is tailored to you, whether you need some techniques for better sleep, stress relief, a boost to the immune system or recovery from injury such as concussion or joint issues.
During coaching, we cover breathing techniques, warm ups, stretches, flows and standing postures to help you with where you are at right now in your personal journey. Available individually or with a small private group.
Private Qigong coaching is a great option if you are looking for some specific techniques or one on one attention to help you recover from injury or illness, reduce stress, increase energy or simply as part of your regular self care routine.
Available as one-off sessions and as a regular practice.
Your teacher Emily Drysdale is one of a select group of Certified Advanced Holden Qigong teachers in the world, personally trained by Lee Holden. Emily has also studied different styles of Qigong under masters Robert Peng, John Platt, Kele Baker, Nick Loffree and Tony Galis. In Private Qigong classes we explore various styles of Qigong including Tao Yin, Five Elements, Three Treasures, Iron Shirt, 8 Brocades and Yi Jin Jing.
Just wanted to thank you for the Qigong session yesterday, you are such a great trainer. Thanks for thinking through moves which would work for this body - no adverse effects today. I have def been less tense today which is great :)
